The Problem:
Our customer was using a pricing gun to apply best before and batch codes, they needed to find a reliable solution that would require minimal operator intervention, they had experience with CIJ printers and found they required too much maintenance as well as frequent operator intervention.
The current method required the operator to manually apply a label, this was very labour intensive.

The Solution:
Install a POLYtij S1i Thermal Inkjet Printer head printer allowing codes to be printed during the normal production process.
Consistently good print quality.
Eliminating any need for operator data input thus eliminating human error.
Operator needs only to select the product they would be manufacturing from the menu and press print.
Eliminated the need to apply a label.
